“Edu-action”

Instruction ends in class room but education ends only with life. Wealth, family, fame is some things in life that one cannot take along with them after death. But education is the only thing that one never loses even if he’s the poorest in the world.
Education plays a very important role in each of our lives. It carries a lot of value; it has no caste, creed or financial barrier. This is the reason why every parent wants their children to be educated regardless of how educated they are. It has almost become a status symbol when it comes studying in an English medium school. Parents tend to get carried away by the infrastructure and the ambience of a school, failing to enquire about how good the teachers are! Little do the parents realize that they are not given the deserved service for the high donations and fees that they pay. This has been happening in many parts of rural Bangalore.
The ‘so-called’ private English medium schools that were surveyed recently lack good education and communication skills. For instance, when the students were asked to introduced themselves in English, they were struggling to speak. Only when the teacher translated it into Kannada did they understand what they are supposed to do.
In general, the students were found to be smart and grasped things easily whatever they were taught. This indicates the quality of teaching. On the other hand, the education in the urban counterpart, its comparatively better.
The teachers who were hired weren’t qualified to teach had hardly passed 10th or 12th. Adding to the point, the principals shy away from presenting some classes and a few teachers who were not competent enough.
As the children are innocent and the teachers are not qualified, the management only is responsible for the future of these kids. The management just looks at an easy way of recruiting but what about the children? Ask yourself!!!
Is this the future of india??

Lladró - perfection personified

The work by Lladró is an expression of universal values, intimately connected with real people and their feelings. It is the celebration of the best moments of life. Inspired by dreams and fantasy, traditions, literature art, nature or daily life, there is always a story behind each piece. And each story is added to it as if it passes through the hands of the storytellers. The sculptors who conceived it, always with the close involvement and collaboration of Lladró family; the artisan instilling life into it; the story of the person who buys it; the setting in which it eventually finds itself.
All of them take part in a process which, step by step, confers a dimension to the works transcending their status as mere decorative objects. Lladró creations are capable of producing emotions in those contemplating them.
All Lladró creations are the fruit of a painstaking handmade process of elaboration, carried out entirely in the workshops of the City of Porcelain, in Valencia. The artistic team at Lladró creates pieces in clay following traditional sculpting techniques. The original model is then fragmented and each part is reproduced exactly in porcelain using moulds.
Once the figurine has been recomposed, it is decorated and then fired in the kiln at high temperatures, where it takes on its final appearance. Every step in this delicate process is made by highly qualified and specialized artisans, because even the smallest imperfection at any stage in the process would completely ruin the final result. Once completed, each piece is submitted to an exhaustive quality control check which discards any piece with a minimum defect. After all, it is only the search for perfection that can lead us to beauty. And this beauty is completely unique and no two pieces match!
Here’s something for lovers of home décor. The Re.Deco collection adds a new vision of its figurines through the optic of home décor.  The most attractive creations in the Re.Deco collection are those decorated with platinum or golden luster, applied by hand in an entirely artisan process. The combination of matte and gloss finishes on the porcelain and on the luster creates original textures that combine beautifully with even the most contemporary settings. Lladró borrows inspiration from the colors of the earth to create its sculptures in gres, a material whose earthy tonality to the pieces, and allows for a wide spectrum of colors. The flowers are made petal by petal and every detailing is unique.
A dream range in porcelain aptly called “Spirit of India” that oozes with beauty of divinity in serene form. All the luxurious attributes of the baroque and enthralling wonder of India are captured in the pieces of the collection, whose ornamentation is resolved by the Lladró decorators with surprising meticulousness.
